THE FRAGRANCE RESET RETREAT 2027

TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: November 2, 2026

These Terms of Service govern registration and participation in The Fragrance Reset Retreat 2027, scheduled for June 25–27, 2027, in the Marble Falls, Texas area.

The Fragrance Reset Retreat is presented by EmpowHer Ministries, a program of Kingdom Fellowship Ministries (“EmpowHer,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By registering for the retreat, submitting payment, or participating in the retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms of Service.

1. RETREAT REGISTRATION

Registration is required for each attendee.

Your retreat space is not confirmed until:

  • Your required registration information has been submitted; and

  • Your applicable initial payment or pay-in-full payment has been successfully received.

Retreat spaces are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

EmpowHer Ministries reserves the right to close registration once retreat capacity has been reached.

2. RETREAT DATES & LOCATION

The Fragrance Reset Retreat 2027 is scheduled for:

June 25–27, 2027
Marble Falls, Texas area

The retreat will take place at a private Hill Country estate.

For the privacy and safety of attendees and the property, the complete retreat address and arrival instructions may be provided only to confirmed attendees closer to the retreat date.

3. RETREAT INVESTMENT & PAYMENT

Attendees are responsible for paying the full retreat investment associated with the registration option selected.

Available payment options may include:

  • Pay in full

  • Approved installment/payment plans

If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete the entire retreat investment according to the payment schedule associated with your registration.

Choosing a payment plan represents a commitment to the full retreat balance, not only the initial payment.

Failure to remain current on required payments may result in cancellation of your retreat reservation.

4. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

All payments made toward The Fragrance Reset Retreat 2027 are non-refundable, including:

  • Initial registration payments

  • Deposits

  • Installment payments

  • Pay-in-full registrations

EmpowHer Ministries makes financial commitments in advance based on confirmed registrations, including lodging, food, retreat materials, supplies, and other retreat-related expenses.

Refunds will not be issued because of a change in personal circumstances, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, illness, transportation issues, work obligations, family obligations, or failure to attend.

Approved registration transfers may be permitted in accordance with the retreat's Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. REGISTRATION TRANSFERS

If you are unable to attend, you may submit a written request to transfer your registration to another eligible attendee.

Transfers:

  • Must receive prior approval from EmpowHer Ministries;

  • Are subject to any deadlines established by EmpowHer;

  • Require the replacement attendee to complete all required registration information and agreements; and

  • Do not eliminate any unpaid balance associated with the registration.

Registrations may not be sold, transferred, or reassigned without approval from EmpowHer Ministries.

6. SHARED ACCOMMODATIONS

The Fragrance Reset Retreat is a shared retreat experience.

Registration may include shared:

  • Bedrooms

  • Bathrooms

  • Gathering areas

  • Dining spaces

  • Common areas

Roommate requests may be submitted; however, roommate assignments are not guaranteed.

EmpowHer Ministries reserves the right to make and adjust lodging assignments based on retreat attendance, available accommodations, accessibility needs, and operational requirements.

Attendees are expected to respect the privacy, belongings, rest, and personal space of other retreat participants.

7. MEALS & DIETARY INFORMATION

Meals and refreshments will be provided as outlined in the retreat experience.

Attendees are responsible for informing EmpowHer Ministries during registration of known food allergies or dietary restrictions.

While reasonable efforts may be made to accommodate dietary needs, EmpowHer Ministries cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or accommodation of every dietary preference or medical dietary requirement.

Attendees with severe food allergies or specialized dietary requirements should plan accordingly.

8. LIMITED 1:1 SESSIONS

The retreat may include access to a limited number of private 45-minute 1:1 sessions.

Available session types may include:

  • RESET with Lady Loque

  • Parenting with Karisa

  • Teens with Brandy

There are currently planned to be:

  • 3 RESET appointments

  • 3 Parenting appointments

  • 3 Teens appointments

For a total of 9 available 1:1 appointments.

Each attendee may reserve one 1:1 session only.

Expressing interest in a session during registration does not guarantee or reserve an appointment.

Appointments are subject to availability and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Earlier registrants may receive earlier access to available appointment times.

9. NATURE OF 1:1 SESSIONS

Retreat sessions and 1:1 sessions are provided for ministry, spiritual encouragement, education, personal reflection, and general support.

They are not a substitute for professional:

  • Medical care

  • Mental health treatment

  • Therapy

  • Legal advice

  • Financial advice

  • Diagnosis or treatment by a licensed healthcare provider

Participants remain responsible for obtaining appropriate professional services when needed.

EmpowHer Ministries does not guarantee any particular spiritual, emotional, relational, family, or personal outcome as a result of participating in the retreat or a 1:1 session.

10. RETREAT CONDUCT

The Fragrance Reset Retreat is intended to provide a safe, respectful, Christ-centered environment.

Attendees agree to conduct themselves in a manner that respects:

  • Other attendees

  • Retreat leaders and team members

  • The retreat property

  • Property owners and neighbors

  • Retreat schedules and activities

Behavior that threatens the safety, privacy, peace, or well-being of others may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

EmpowHer Ministries reserves the right to address conduct concerns and, when reasonably necessary, require an attendee to leave the property.

11. PROPERTY RULES & DAMAGES

All attendees must comply with retreat property rules and instructions provided by EmpowHer Ministries.

Attendees may be held financially responsible for intentional, reckless, or negligent damage they cause to the retreat property, furnishings, equipment, or belongings of others.

Attendees are responsible for their own personal property.

EmpowHer Ministries is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal belongings.

12. HEALTH, SAFETY & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

Participation in retreat activities is voluntary.

Each attendee is responsible for determining whether she is physically and personally able to participate in retreat activities.

Attendees should notify retreat leadership of relevant accessibility needs or health-related accommodations that may reasonably affect participation.

In the event of an emergency, EmpowHer Ministries may contact emergency services and the emergency contact provided by the attendee.

Any medical or emergency expenses incurred remain the responsibility of the attendee.

13. POOL, SPA & PROPERTY AMENITIES

The retreat property may include amenities such as a swimming pool, heated spa, outdoor areas, walking areas, recreational facilities, and other property features.

Use of these amenities is voluntary and at the attendee's own discretion and risk.

Attendees agree to follow all posted rules and safety instructions.

14. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO

Photography and video may occur during The Fragrance Reset Retreat for ministry documentation, memories, and promotional purposes.

Attendees will be given an opportunity during registration to indicate their photography and video preference.

EmpowHer Ministries will make reasonable efforts to honor requests from attendees who do not wish to be intentionally photographed or recorded.

15. RETREAT SCHEDULE & PROGRAMMING

Retreat schedules, sessions, speakers, facilitators, activities, meals, and programming are subject to change when necessary.

Changes to the retreat schedule or programming do not constitute cancellation of the retreat and do not create an entitlement to a refund.

16. FORCE MAJEURE & EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

EmpowHer Ministries is not responsible for delays, changes, or inability to provide portions of the retreat caused by circumstances reasonably beyond its control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, property emergencies, transportation disruptions, public health emergencies, utility failures, or other unforeseen events.

If circumstances require material changes, EmpowHer Ministries will communicate with registered attendees and determine an appropriate course of action based on the circumstances.

17. RETREAT CANCELLATION BY EMPOWHER MINISTRIES

If EmpowHer Ministries cancels The Fragrance Reset Retreat 2027 in its entirety and the retreat is not rescheduled, registered attendees will be notified regarding the resolution of payments made toward the retreat.

18. COMMUNICATIONS

By registering, you agree that EmpowHer Ministries may contact you regarding:

  • Registration status

  • Payment information

  • Retreat preparation

  • Arrival instructions

  • Schedule updates

  • 1:1 session availability

  • Required forms

  • Important retreat announcements

These communications may be sent through email, text message, or another contact method you provide.

19. PRIVACY

Personal information collected during registration will be used for retreat administration, communication, safety, payment processing, accommodations, and related ministry purposes.

Sensitive information should only be provided when necessary for retreat planning or safety.

EmpowHer Ministries will not intentionally make private registration information publicly available.

20. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

EmpowHer Ministries may update these Terms of Service when reasonably necessary.

Material changes affecting registered attendees will be communicated when appropriate.

The version in effect at the time of registration will generally govern the attendee's registration unless a later modification is required for safety, legal compliance, or retreat operations.

22. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By registering for The Fragrance Reset Retreat 2027 and submitting payment, you acknowledge that:

  • You have reviewed these Terms of Service;

  • You understand the retreat payment obligations;

  • You understand that retreat payments are non-refundable;

  • You understand the shared lodging arrangement;

  • You understand that 1:1 sessions are limited and not guaranteed;

  • You agree to comply with retreat and property expectations; and

  • You voluntarily choose to participate in The Fragrance Reset Retreat 2027.
